Dear Nancy, How are you? In Hong Kong, we usually eat oysters in a hotpot in winter. They are delicious and hot. Sometimes we fry them until they are crispy.

But in the UK, people eat them raw! They feel cold and slimy. Many people think it is strange.

You do not need to chew them. You just suck and swallow. It is a special way to eat.

You need some lemon juice or chilli sauce. There are plenty of choices for condiments here. Is one lemon enough for six oysters? I think so!
